Brand identity

Tom is a highly experienced lighting programmer with experience in lots of different genres and scales of performance. These include concerts, major events, touring, musical theatre, theatre, corporate events among others. With experience in all sizes of performance from stadium shows, to arena shows, to theatre shows, there is no project too big or small.

With a wealth of experience behind him, and a strong reputation in the industry, Tom's existing logo was outdated, a brand … non-existent, and no longer representing his business at its current level. I was tasked with a create a brand from scratch that would operate across all channels, digital and physical.

Dynamic brand expressions that signify light and energy are laced throughout the identity. A technological look and feel to represent expertise and craft. A robust logomark incorporating the business initials, as well as a stage light that doubles up as an X to signify the multiple services offered by the TYLP.

Expressions

Particle lightforms are a key brand expression used to convey energy and a dynamic nature. They are unique to the brand and are to be used as a consistent element across all channels
